Sára joined the Arthur Hunt team in 2025 as a Senior Research Analyst. She began her career in the IT sector, gaining in-depth knowledge of the technology market and the competencies required for leadership roles. Over the years, her experience has expanded to the Automotive, FMCG, Pharma, Retail, Construction, as well as the financial and service sectors, enabling her to identify the most suitable professionals quickly and accurately even in complex industry environments.

This broad industry background allows Sára not only to excel in sourcing and assessing candidates but also to provide strategic support throughout every stage of the executive search process. Her analytical mindset, precision and empathetic approach distinguish her in the field, enabling her to deliver high-quality research and advisory support.

She completed her university studies at the University of Debrecen, earning an MSc degree in Human Resources, which provides a solid foundation for effective people-focused work and a deeper understanding of organisational processes. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cultures, reading psychological and behavioural science literature, and spending quality time with her loved ones.
