    About Me

    I graduated in the field of psychology in 1990 before completing my Work and Organisational Psychology postgraduate degree. My thesis focused on the cultural differences in a multinational SSC of GE. I have over 18 years of business experience in small businesses, as well as within large multinational corporate environments, and have worked across cultures with international teams in numerous sectors, including FMCG. I am continuously developing myself (NLP, GESTALT, Autogen training) and am a certified user of several psychometric tools ((GPOP/MBTI, HOGAN tests, CUBIKS tests, Firo-B).

    One of the main areas of my personal and professional interest is the development of work based on the preservation of openness of experience with respect to cultural differences. The other focal point is complex leadership development, where I am simultaneously acting as a facilitator and executive coach. The essence of my work is to get my clients to gain a deeper understanding of their own situation to make changes that can be put into practice, and which we can always measure in some form. I urge the leaders to look at the coaching process as a creative situation and to identify boldly with the role models that are important to their breakthroughs.
