About Me

As a trainer and mental health support professional, I work as a Junior LTT Consultant in the Arthur Hunt Hungary team. In the LTT business line, I help our clients in the areas of leadership development and talent management to unfold the potential within their organizations.

In my work, I consider personalized approach and mental health support especially important. My professional credo is that the key to successful leadership is recognizing and consciously developing the values inherent in people.

As part of my work at Arthur Hunt, I also conduct coaching activities, supporting leaders in solving their professional challenges.
