Gábor Áldott

Gábor joined Arthur Hunt Group in 2015.

As a Partner, his client portfolio covers Shared Services and Healthcare sector. He is also responsible for the operation management for the Executive Search division of the Hungarian team.

Being in executive search business for almost 20 years, Gábor gained experience in understanding business needs and advising appropriate solutions. Conducting assignments for mid- and top management positions, he gained considerable knowledge by completing over 300 senior level assignments in Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare and SSC sectors in Hungary and in Central Europe.

Gábor possesses sound experience in direct search methodology, participating in regional best practice projects since his early career. As a former professional triathlete, he is still keen to find time to run, bike and swim as well as spending quality time with his family. His motto also comes from his favourite endurance sport, because for him “Satisfying client needs – just as Triathlon – doesn’t build character. It reveals it.”

Katalin Kelly

Kata has joined Arthur Hunt in 2007 and developed a Client portfolio in various sectors, with main focus on FMCG & Retail and Legal.

Kata has solid experience and knowledge in direct search methodology for finding senior managers in both local and regional search projects. Has completed 250+ assignments in sectors of FMCG, retail, oil &gas, manufacturing and media, covering the full spectrum of corporate functions: Finance, Human Resources, Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.

Before permanently moving back to her home country and joining Arthur Hunt, Kata lived and studied in Graz, Austria and Maryland, USA and later on worked in Hawaii and San Francisco.

Krisztina Dávidné Krokos

French portfolio & Financial sector

Krisztina is an economist and holds an MBA. Besides Hungarian, she has a near-native command of French and is fluent in English.

Krisztina started her professional career in the banking sector. She was a Director in the Corporate Banking Department of Credit Agricole Group before joining Arthur Hunt in 2012. Krisztina has completed senior-level executive search assignments for all sectors and multiple positions. Thanks to her background in French culture, she has a specific interest in and understanding of the French market and French companies. Driven by her history, Krisztina has a special focus on the banking and financial sectors.

Krisztina has an international mindset and multinational expertise, and always takes a highly hands-on approach to assisting her clients.

Outside work, Krisztina enjoys spending her free time with her family and is dedicated to raising her two young children. She enjoys traveling, skiing and running.

Máté Seres

MANAGING PARTNER
MANUFACTURING & AUTOMOTIVE

Máté joined Arthur Hunt in 2014. He is currently a Partner responsible for the Manufacturing & Automotive sector.

Máté conducts assignments for mid- and top-management positions for a wide variety of industries within Manufacturing & Automotive. He focuses on searches for positions in production, finance, engineering, logistics, quality, purchasing, HR and finance, as well as general (plant) management with special regard to industrial, energy and automotive companies.
Máté started his career in executive search in 2006 at the French office of Amrop in Paris. He returned to Hungary in 2007 and worked for Amrop Hungary for almost seven years. With a strong background in research, Máté has a deep knowledge of the executive search business. He has been a Consultant since January 2010 and a Partner since January 2018.
Máté’s motto is strongly related to manufacturing: “quality, efficiency, flexibility and, above all, customer focus.”

Máté has lived in France and Italy, and is a native Hungarian speaker. He also speaks French to a native level, is fluent in English and speaks conversational Italian. Máté is a big fan of Italian and French culture and food.

Our Research Team

Gergő Koszti

Head of Research

Gergő joined Arthur Hunt in 2012 as a Research Analyst and is currently serving as Head of Research.

He is managing the Research Team developing and implementing internal research procedures and tools. He is also supporting Consultants in the course of their assignments by assisting them in screening and sourcing for the best and most suitable candidates for the company clients. In recent years, he has been closely involved in mid- and top-level executive search procedures across all sectors.
Gergő graduated as an economist from the Budapest Business School. He is a native Hungarian, and is fluent in both English and German. Outside his professional life, he likes to spend time with his family and friends, and is addicted to the southern Italian region of Apulia . He also has plans to brew his own craft beer in the near future.

Márta Ungvári-Bonifert

Research Consultant

Márta joined Arthur Hunt in May 2016 as a Research Consultant.

Márta has supported Consultants in various assignments for top- and mid-management positions, gaining considerable knowledge, mainly in the Manufacturing & Industrial, Telco, Consumer & Retail and Pharmaceutical sectors. She has completed over 200 senior-level assignments in Hungary and Central Europe using direct search and her social and professional networks to find the right candidates for each position.

Márta has been active in the executive search business since 2011 and has additional relevant experience beyond her studies. Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, she worked on local and regional searches at SpenglerFox. She started her professional career in the corporate sector, gaining broad experience in HR admin, expat management and recruitment at companies like NCR and BAT. Márta graduated from the College of Modern Business Studies with a BA degree in economics, specializing in international commerce. She speaks fluent English and conversational Italian in addition to her native Hungarian.

In her free time, Márta loves to be with her family and friends. She also likes to travel and explore new cultures and their cuisines.

Szilvia Németh

Research Consultant

Szilvia joined Arthur Hunt in 2017 and is currently serving as a Research Consultant.

Szilvia started her career in executive search in 2006 at Anabour Consulting, a human resources advisory firm. In 2007, she joined SpenglerFox International Ltd. She has a wide range of professional and industrial experience in local and regional executive research, which she has expanded through her cooperation with a variety of international and local firms.
In her spare time, she likes to travel and dance.

Dóra Szöllősi

Research Analyst

Dóri joined Arthur Hunt in 2023, as a Research Analyst helping to find the most suitable senior managers for executive roles.

She is part of the Research team supporting consultants in sourcing and screening candidates.
Dóri graduated as a psychologist, she is specialized in work and organizational area, but also interested and working in counselling.

She is native hungarian, and besides, she is speaking fluent english and conversation level french.

Outside her professional life, she likes to be outside in the nature, hiking, cycling or snowboarding. She also loves travelling and gastronomy.

As a psychologist, she would like to use her empathy, analytical ability, communicational skills and reliability to find the best professionals.

Krisztina Perlaky

Finance & Administration Manager

Krisztina joined Arthur Hunt in October 2015 as an Administration Manager for the CEE region. She takes care of the smooth running of the Budapest office, offers efficient and organized administrative help to Consultants and also provides support coordinating projects and administrative matters across the CEE region.

Krisztina graduated in Human Resources Management from the University of Pécs. Prior to joining Arthur Hunt, she worked as an Office Manager for SpenglerFox and also spent almost ten years working as a Personal Assistant to the CFO of the Citibank financial department. Krisztina has more than ten years of experience in the field of company administration and organizational support. She speaks English, German and native Hungarian.
