About Me

I completed my studies in Communication and Cultural Management at ELTE University, where I gained thorough theoretical and practical knowledge in effective communication. During my university years, I already gained professional experience at the Budavári Schönherz Studio, where as editor-in-chief I not only performed content-related work but also developed a comprehensive training program for future editors and presenters, which already indicated my interest in development processes.

I built my media career as an editor-reporter, where throughout my 10-year career I mastered various aspects of communication – from information gathering to effective message delivery and reaching different target groups. This period provided an outstanding foundation for integrating communication expertise into other areas, whether it be leadership development or organizational culture shaping.

During my years in media, I recognized my particular interest in developing individual potential, so as the next stage in my professional development, I turned to coaching, where I obtained accredited qualifications.

Currently, I work as a member of the Arthur Hunt Hungary LTT team, collaborating with our senior consultants. In my work, I apply an integrated approach: from organizational diagnosis through development program design to leadership coaching, I support our clients.

In my professional creed, wellbeing and psychological welfare support hold a central place. I am convinced that a balanced workplace atmosphere and individual development go hand in hand. In my coaching work, I strive to help my clients recognize and activate their own internal resources, which help them become more effective leaders and more balanced professionals.

In addition to my professional development, I also consider social responsibility important. In my free time, I regularly help charitable organizations and volunteer at Bátor Tábor (Brave Camp), where I contribute to the experience therapy rehabilitation of seriously ill children.
