About Me

I started my career as an English teacher, translator and course book writer. Then I gained very valuable experience in sales (financial sector). I spent more than 13 years at multinational companies as a leader working with enthusiastic teams. Within a very challenging and inspiring environment I gained experience at measuring copetencies, delivering AC/DC and managing the education system for thousands of employees. I participated in several international projects – implementing talent programmes and succession planning. I myself deliver 19 different trainings (skills and personality development, leadership, train-the-trainer and coaching programmes) and as a certified coach I also have one-to-one and team coaching sessions. Since 2015 I have been concentrating on train-the-trainer and train-the-coach programmes. I also took part in publishing an online toolkit for trainers (Hallotok?).

I’m said to be an open-minded, creative and very energetic personality whose vital element is to work with people to support them in making the most of their potential in every walk of life. I believe in making difference by developing and inspiring people.
